        UPDATE: Weight Zen changed my life. I gained weight retiring, and during Covid I used food as comfort (like some use alcohol, drugs etc). Dr Lael Forbes is masterful at explaining all options. She spoke to me in detail, did blood work, and with incredible knowledge and experience explained my options with medications, surgery, nutrition plans. I am using new FDA approved medication that curbed my appetite, combined with a nutritionist and her guidance. I'm down 85lbs and approaching goal goal. Everyone is kind and compassionate -- I havereclaimed my life and health, Thank you Weight Zen. Check out the difference in 17 months of working with them!
