We got amazing service in the sneaker department by the wonderfully knowledgeable staff there. Despite a busy Sunday, Michael helped my young track star find the right spikes and trainers. (It's probably the only place to buy track spikes in the city - I checked Nike and Fleet feet as well). He was fast, professional, had her step on the treadmill and try them out, took note of her arches and just made bit an easy and pleasant experience. Would definitely go back and recommend to others!

Shoutout to Michael R, Rachel R, Corey F & the sock expert (I didnt catch his name) My recent visit to Paragon Sports was a standout experience as I had been looking for the right distance road running shoes and tailored insoles for my injuries and other needs. Michael R's expert guidance showcased both professionalism and genuine care, offering invaluable insights tailored to my running regimen. Listening to a customer goes a long way and Michael really exemplified that!! Rachel R's attentive service ensured a personalized experience, alongside Corey F's expertise, creating an environment where every customer felt valued. And if they didnt know the answers, they wouldnt stutter and send me to someone who knew exactly what I needed! The opportunity to test shoes on the treadmill was a total game-changer, solidifying Paragon Sports as a leader in customer service and athletic product expertise. Looking forward to returning for all my athletic gear needs!
