Sky Health NYC

Ive been training my personal training clients out of sky health for 2 years and its the best shared gym space Ive been to in NYC. Everything is kept super clean and tidy (which we love). All the trainers and therapists are very respectful of each other and it never feels overly crowded. Plus the playlists are great and never too loud. And as a trainer working in a space with physical therapists, I love that I have resources and know who I can refer my clients to if needed. Highly recommend coming here as a client or using the space as trainer or physical therapist!

I am currently interning here at SkyHealth NYC and I could not recommended a better work place or gym. I watch all of the trainers and physical therapist work and I have never come across a harder working group of people. They are extremely friendly, knowledge and respectful. Not too mention that the space is one of a kind!

Ive been coming to Sky Health for a few months now and working with Claude for physical therapy and personal training. Claude is fantastic and really works with me to develop a personalized program. Ive experienced significant improvements in my fitness and health since starting. The studio is clean and has a diverse range of equipment. The staff (Diego and Arne) is also incredibly friendly and helpful, working with me to figure out insurance and scheduling in a frictionless manner. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

The space is clean and has everything you need for a solid training session. The small group space makes it feel welcoming.
