I wish I could give this place zero stars I need reconstructive surgery due to an injury to my nose and over the phone they said it would be covered by insurance then when I get there they are like we can submit it to the insurance and see if they pay but you have to pay us first in cash cause its cosmetic and when I said how is it cosmoif its an injury and I am completely unable to breathe and he was like cause it is! Ride! Unprofessional! Tacky felt like I was waking into a strip club theres literally velvet in the walls and Brocken stuff everywhere dismissive to my questions and concerns no way run while h can

I waited an hour for my initial appointment with Dr. Cooper. I stated from the start (July 2022) that I wanted to submit via insurance. 2 weeks before my surgery (Dec 2022), they tell me I was denied by my insurance company and owed $11k. I called the insurance co. and Dr. Greenbergs office NEVER EVEN SUBMITTED or contacted them regarding my surgery. They completed lied to me. I have been patient in waiting to get my deposit back as I feel their unethical and unprofessional nature warrants a refund. I have contacted Dayana from their office several times and no response. I should have listened to the multitude of negative reviews regarding patients who have insurance yet the office finessing money out of pocket from patients, then resubmitting to insurance for their own pockets etc A complete waste of time and money. Seems very bait and switch and not much Hippocratic oath being practiced.

Botched Surgery!!! Absolutely THE WORSE experience ever !!! WARNING!!! Do Not Have surgery with Dr Stephen T Greenberg he is a HORRIBLE Doctor he is running a meat market. I had a botched surgery which I stupidly paid cash & his office had the audacity to try & double dip billing my insurance using false information. Thank God my insurance contacted me regarding the outrageous amount of money being charged to my insurance. The follow up has been a nightmare!!!! RUN AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RUN PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE PETAL & do not visit this office. Feel free to contact me for evidence Photos -Videos & Insurance Statements.

Absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, dont care attitude of all involved. Wouldnt let my worst enemy go here. Had appt at 5PM. Called me at 4:10 to say Dr Saba running late. Come in at 6.. Drove in from Jersey, paid 40$ to park besides the 17$ toll. Got to office. Filled out 4 pages of paper work. And waited. And waited. And waited. At 6:25 the receptionist tells me The Dr. is not in the offices s wont be arriving for another 25 minutes.. Yea right?? So unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and go to. REAL PROFESSIONAL!!
