Poor experience all the way around. I would stay away from them unless you want to flush your money down the drain! Edited - his response is totally what I would expect from this service. I am going to leave it there but folks beware of this type of business. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning

ASAP Solutions (New York City, Upper East Side) is great. The manager, Udi, is very responsive. Diagnosed two problems via phone and photo -- a leaking Kohler shower lever and a faulty water cutoff valve for a toilet. He sent a plumber, Tony, who not only fixed everything quickly, but was honest in telling me what I didn't need (the shower handle and valve cartridge just needed adjusting, not replacing). He also showed me a part for the toilet that needed replacing and indicated that it's a quick and simple job -- whereas a previous plumbing company had tried to replace the entire toilet for roughly 4x what Tony quoted me. It's nice to find an honest, reasonable, and responsive plumbing company. I intend to use ASAP and Udi and Tony again and would absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors. QUICK FOLLOWUP 3 DAYS LATER: EXCELLENT AND HONEST. For the second time in a week, ASAP Solutions delivered perfectly. I needed a small piece of followup work from a few days ago. ASAP showed up right on time and fixed two small problems. One had to do with a valve that ASAP previously adjusted, rather than replaced, trying to save me money (after asking my permission for the first attempted fix). Two days later it was clear the the part had to be replaced. Even though I had approved the first repair, ASAP discounted the replacement on the second day. I would have understood if they didn't offer a discount, but they're really that honest and ethical. Second, the plumber, Tony, offered me advice on a minor thing that I could safely adjust myself, rather than calling him back in. He and his boss, Udi, are absolutely great. I'm pushing for my co-op board to switch away from the large plumbing company the building has used to ASAP, and recommending them to my neighbors and friends. They're excellent and I strongly recommend them for every kind of job.

I had a problem with my faucets for two days and these amazing guys from ASAP Solutions were able to fix it quickly. I am amazed by how professional they are and the sturdy and durable materials that they used as they fixed my kitchen. Aside from that, they were also able to paint my kitchen neat and nice and fixes some of our electronics that have problems. Every worker is responsible and provides quality work at an affordable price. They arrived on time and finishes up quickly as well.
