Even though I am not particularly knowledgeable about plumbing, I found the expert who was dispatched to my home to be both kind and helpful in explaining the nature of the problem with my sewer line. The NYC plumbing services technician Kordell who came to unclog my toilet, Jerrell, was prompt, polite, and efficient. We also talked about getting a new toilet and he provided me some wonderful tips on how to keep it from getting clogged again. Today, Crimson assisted us by constructing an airgap so that we could meet code and soon have a new dishwasher installed. He was really kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, and she did a fantastic job of outlining the procedure. We had this firm install a water heater for us in the past, and it was also a terrific experience.
