If I could give them a Zero I would. Took new personal garments here to be monogrammed for a 40th Birthday Celebration that was abroad. First they emailed me a sample and it was in the wrong font. Then once I picked up my items they placed the monogram in the wrong place that was clearly specified on the invoice. They couldn't remove it or it would have put holes in the garment so they placed iron on black tape over it which I was fine with. When I picked up the items from being redone the work was so messy and unprofessional it looked like a child did it. This was really strange because the first time it actually looked good it was just in the wrong location so not sure why it was crooked and uneven. Not one of them looked the same and they were not wearable. The lack of customer service and unprofessionalism here is shocking. They do not want to take any responsibility for the sloppy job or ruining my items, twice. They they make you sign a very shady waiver of liability which basically says they can ruin your item, do sloppy work but they are not accountable. Jonathan's in Midtown is a much safer bet for monogramming.

Exceptional customer service and amazing quality of work. Absolutely floored with efficiency of the direct to garment process and excited to try the direct to film as well! From the professionalism, education, and dedication to the craft itself will make it extremely hard for me to do business with anyone else.
