I would like to take time to write this telling you how great of an experience it has been working with Laura as I make plans to sell my Co-Op. As I told her on the phone, I wish I knew she existed long before this week so I could have dealt with her in the past for other needs. Her professionalism is top notch. I had the pleasure of visiting NYC Apartment Management today to review board minutes for a client purchasing a co-op unit. As a real estate attorney in NYC for more than 25 years, I deal with management companies all the time. My experience with NYC has been exceptional. From the beginning, Laura has been responsive to all of my emails and has gone out of her way to help me. When I went today, the records I requested were waiting for me. Things couldn't have been any easier, and then Laura and Jon the property manager took time out of their busy schedules to answer follow up questions from both myself and my client on a conference call. I recently had the pleasure of working with this managment for my clients' purchase of a prewar co-op in Chelsea. The board package was extensive and needed extra paperwork and documents. Laura helped me with every detail and she even called me several times to review and infrom me of updates.
