I have knew Eduard for a long time, In a tough competitive market like New York, Eduard has climbed to the top in terms of knowledge. he is an extremely proactive and an attentive realtor. I was a little nervous purchasing in New York however he helped me throughout every single step in the process. I highly recommend giving Eduard a call. He will give you the hand you need during the tedious process of buying in New York.

Eduard Zaytsev is a super-talented and motivated real estate broker who helped me find and purchase the perfect apartment in Manhattan last November. He worked closely with me during a process that took about a year. When I was a bit discouraged after several offers weren't accepted, Eduard stayed positive and confident that it would work out, and of course it did. I was a first-time buyer so I really appreciated his help assessing my financials, determining what I could realistically afford, putting together the offer and submitting a board package. He also happens to be a nice guy who is a pleasure to work with.

I moved from New Jersey to midtown for work. Ed helped me find an apartment within my budget and in the location I wanted. I was very stressed out about finding the right place to fit my needs. I took out a lot of Ed's time because I was very picky in what I wanted. Ed was very patient and competent. He understands the market and his clients. He really worked hard to satisfy my needs. Great experience.
