I feel in love with the warm professional vibe of the staff and the pride they took in this special space ..The apartment was delivered to me beyond my expectations . Painted , floors polished. Ive been living in NYC my adult life, and of all the real estate firms that Ive dealt with, none have been as kind, professional, responsive and considerate as Bibi from Essential. Her outstanding work ethic and performance is what motivated me to write this review. Just imagine, I met Bibi for a tour of an apartment which I loved. Wood burning fireplace, 1 bedroom, great location. One of a kind, really. As soon as I said I liked it, she offered to bring me to her office downstairs, took my ID and gave me an application. I filled out right at her desk, was approved within the hour and signed the lease the very next day. She was so patient walking me thru every step of the way. Thank you Bibi and Essential for making what is always a long, drawn out and stressful experience such a pleasure!! Keep up the good work!

Bad real estate agents. Bad response times. Bad customer service. Overall bad experience. Would never speak to or try to rent from these people again that's for sure. Wasted a few days of my life trying to communicate with a "real estate agent" who speaks in 1 word answers. Confusing how this is a legitimate business.

Great experience, helpful people, honest and very personable. Got the apartment I wanted and love it. Promptly responded to all request. They even returned emails in the evening and weekends. Highly recommend them.
