Working with Yan to buy our first apartment in Brooklyn was actually easy due to Yan's expertise, openness, discernment, sense of humor, and detail-oriented nature. He planned full days viewings--all we had to do was show up and tell him what we loved or hated about each place. After that he'd tailor what we saw so that we weren't spending time looking at apartments that, for example, did not have a bathtub, or light needed for our plants, or was out of our price range. Once we put an offer on the apartment we ended up buying, he walked us through each step and was always available for our mini-panic attacks and all our questions. I enthusiastically recommend Yan & will reach out if we are ever ready to move again!
