Andrew is a pro. He made my life as easy as possible when I was buying my co-op apartment. From making the offer to closing, Andrew was there every step of the way. His team gave me an overview of all the weird things to expect while doing my board package. He made it easy for me to get all the documents I need and keep them organized when someone external inevitably needed to go through me for another copy. Andrew was my point-man for everything and wrangled three sets of lawyers, two banks, and a co-op board. He was a sounding board and part-time therapist while I went through the stress of buying a place. I would recommend Andrew to absolutely anyone looking to buy an apartment in New York City.

Aaron Seawood was our hero when selling our coop. He knew how to prepare and market our unusual apartment to maximize its attraction. He also was very accessible and gave us great advice on how to process the transition from viewing our 20 year home to an asset to sell. He also was our broker when we bought our next home and was a protective advocate and guide. We benefitted as seller and buyer from his seriously great negotiating skills.

We were using another broker and our apartment didn't sell for 100+ days and then we switched to Team Carte Blanche. Within 4 days we had an offer at asking and we were in contract shortly after. Shane Boyles efforts from day one far exceeded any expectations we had sought from a listing broker. Very professional in his due diligence prior to listing along with an impressive photo shoot and listing video which included the surrounding neighborhood, essentially showing everything our home had to offer to its fullest. Nothing but 100% positive effort and constant communication with us during the showing period and very realistic feedback and honest advise on course corrections he felt we needed along the way to securing an above ask offer for us.
