Michael Bhagwandin is absolutely incredible at what he does. I could not recommend him more! He truly takes into consideration every thing that you want, you like, and is probable for your current situation and makes it happen for you. Michael found me one of the best hidden gems on the market and I am so happy about it. I couldn't have done it without him. As someone who was living in Chicago, but trying to find a place to live in NYC for the upcoming month, Michael did all of the work to make tours happen on the short few days I was flying into NY. He was able to line up and successfully have us look at over 10 places in a day. After that, he was able to quickly, effectively, and successfully get an application into the place I wanted within hours. If there's something you want, Michael will make it happen.
