        Had the best time at Isla and co today! When I found out they had an espresso martini flight this place was absolutely on my list. The signature flight has three beautifully crafted espresso martinis that were absolute perfection. The staff was super sweet and gave amazing recommendations. Their food is also amazing with clearly labeled GF and VG options and the ambience is gorgeous. My new favorite place and #1 for espresso martinis. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

        Cool Australian restaurant with amazing espresso martini flights! Very warm, inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. Service: Ask for Josehes rolo from Bogot, and is really friendly. Food: The Brussel sprouts, halloumi, fish sando, fish and chips, lamb, and chicken parm were all excellent. We topped dinner off with the a floral affogato and a date cake, both which were Drink: Definitely recommend the flights of three different varieties of espresso martinis one of which is made with olive oil(!) for $25 (and you can add on an regular espresso martini for $10 extra). Value: Despite being located in a hotel, its not crazy outrageously priced. A good value, Id say! I wish I took pictures, but the other reviews are pretty spot on
