Briscoe Protective COmpany has serviced our fire alarm as part of their semi-annual inspection in our NYCHA building. Everything was tested and cleaned, they did a thorough job, we are happy.

Briscoe does the alarm monitoring for us at the Time Warner Center. I never have anything bad to say about the guys. They send the same crew always, so they know the ins and out of the various tenants' security system. We typically go with DMP because the systems are robust, but some stores like to use a different system which they offer as well. Sean is a consultative guy, ask him or the project manager how the system works and how you can monitor remotely. It takes a few times to get the hang of it, but now I feel really in charge.
