Besides the wait time, I feel very rushed every time I go to this doctor office. Saw Dr.Bard several times but no improvement on my skin. The office has a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy and theyre not cheap.

It was great seeing Dr. Bard again. She did a thorough exam. I am glad that I am under her care again.

Dr. Susan Bard was very fast too fast. She was literally letting herself out of the examination room door at the end of our 5 minute appointment and I was like, "Wait! I still have some questions." Super unusual and made me feel rushed. My first question was about an acne cream I got from a previous dermatologist, and she cut me off mid-sentence to say if I needed a prescription refilled, I'd need to book a separate appointment because this one was only for a cancer screening a billing issue with insurance. That was definitely a first after 15 years of seeing dermatologists. Don't you normally go to your annual skincare checkup and... talk about what to do with any skin problems? I left annoyed but shrugged it off until the exact same thing happened to my husband a few weeks later! She rushed him through an annual skin screening and made him book a completely additional appointment to ask a few questions about how to treat some irregular redness. Does she get a kickback for every unique appointment or something? Dr. Bard sure knows how to balance both feeling too rushed, and wasting your time!
