After waiting months for them to get back to me, they still havent. I went to the UWS spin spa for ages for my massages before Elaine left. When she did I was left with four massages in my package and they recommended someone here. I tried her and it was the most discussing, painful massage I have ever had in my years of getting them. It was so painful that it seemed as though the person didnt know what they were doing at all. They used so much massage oil it was just gross. I have no idea what is going on with Skin Spa, but Im now stuck with three massages I paid for and very little faith that I will l not be in pain for 3-4 days again after one of their other massage therapists.

I got the PCA chemical peel and it totally messed up my face. Do not recommend. Very rude front desk staff.

First time at skin spa and I had a fantastic experience! Julia was my aesthetician and she did an amazing job. I did the custom facial with the peel add on and my skin looked amazing after. Julia did a great job with the extractions, and explained all the steps of the facial well. Im very happy with the service and am planning on returning every month.

I'm a regular at the Midtown East location of Skin Spa. I get frequent deep tissue massages with Alex and he is amazing. Always does exactly what I ask and is very tuned in to my pain points. They always have specials on packages, so I always get my services at a great price!

Greta is absolutely fabulous! She takes the time to work on you and perfect you for your goals. I've been coming for years for her care. Love her to death!
