        One of the most appalling spa experiences I have ever experienced. I am furious at the way I was treated by the staff at Vicki Morav. This spa is a scam disguised as a luxury.

        10/10. Hands down the absolute best place for a facial in NYC! I have been getting bimonthly / monthly facials for the past 5 years at another top NYC spa, and after having been recommended to Vicki Morav multiple times by a highly regarded professional and person friend in the beauty industry, I finally decided to give it a try and I cannot recommend enough! The facility, products, and services are all elite and well worth the price tag. I now see Natasha and after two facials, I can say my skin looks better now, than it ever has before (and Ive tried all types of fancy facials, microcurrents, lasers, injections, expensive tools and products, etc). I highly highly recommend the microneedling! I have very sensitive and reactive skin and Im on day 2 and my skin has improved drastically!
