Fabulous Fanny's

Purchased my sixth pair of eyeglass frames here today. Every visit to fabulous fannys is exactly that Fabulous! They sell their own in house lines, new frames from other designers, and bedazzle frames. They recommend going to Optic 88 for lenses - Also always a great experience.

truly awesome selection of frames, a lot of which were under 200 dollars. very stylish worker picked out the perfect pair of glasses for me. couldnt be happier:)

I love Fabulous Fanny's and have been a customer for many years. That being said, their customer service over the last year or so is not as good as it has been in the past. The staff has changed and now it feels less like people who are trained and interested in the merchandise and more like college students who aren't that interested. Which, look--it is OK to have a job that is just a job and I don't expect to be treated like royalty just because I am shopping. But Fabulous Fanny's used to have IMHO the best customer service in NYC. I will continue to shop here because their frames are fabulous and well-priced. But I miss the old spirit.

Great place ! We've been looking for sunglasses for my partner for years and 20 minutes in the shop and it was done. Daniel was a great help: never pushy, understood when we weren't fans of certain frames and kept bringing on the good stuff. Will comr back and recommend. Thanks again !
