Sunglass Hut

Horrible customer service at the 30 West 57th St store. Brought in a pair of Ray Bans that I bought there that broke and the manager on duty, Dianna Pichardo, just kept saying, "There's nothing I can do for you," over and over. Told me to call customer service which she said is "always open." I tried. It's closed. She just smirked. Told me to contact the regional manager, David Bedri,9 but refused to give out his contact info. I try to support brick and mortar over Amazon in this day and age but experiences like this make it very hard.

went to sunglass hut on 57th st on west side to buy a pair of shades for my buds birthday and i like the selection of shades and prices i decided to get a pair for myself that i most likely not wear and give away to family or friend. good selection of sunglasses from cool to hip styles with   some shades a bit to garish for some folks. the lady behind the counter was very helpful finding me the perfect gift for my cuz and she was able to find a pair that does not make me look like a moron . i got a deal for both pairs as they were on sale and spending 360 bucks for 2 pairs of shades may sound a bit steep but if i went to five below and got cuz a pair for 5 bucks i bet  he would void our friendship very quickly.

I came in on a Sunday and was so lucky to connect with Noelle who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and kind . They have great selection across leading brands and looks .
