I dont normally write reviews but I had such a terrible experience in this place. Last week, I dealt with a very rude associate I believe his name was Jeffery. I was looking for some information on supplements and requested his recommendations. Instead of helping me, he started hitting on me and even asked for my number. When I declined his advances he became belligerent. I tried to steer the conversation back to the supplements. Jeffery was incredibly unhelpful, did not want to answer my questions. He did not try to find the answers if he wasnt sure nor did he bring me to someone who could help. Instead, he dismissed me, kept walking away without at least handing me off to another coworker, continued to just talk to his coworker as if i was not there and was overall nasty. He said I was harassing him when all I was asking was if he could offer recommendations, something most stores should be able to offer. Navigating the vitamins and supplements is difficult enough and he made it even more nerve wracking because of his lack of assistance. Not once did he even try to be polite and courteous. Management needs to have a serious conversation with him and should take disciplinary actions. You need to train better customer service with this employee.
