Camille the manager is an absolute Gem!!! Extremely well spoken! I truly wish I had her communication skills. Today March 14 2024, I was trying to do a an in store return of items that I purchased online.I Had gone to two locations and Camille was my savior! She called customer service and she resolved the issue for me as well as we could have hoped. I forgot her coworkers name but she too went above and beyond in helping my situation.What I must say about GNC customer service phone line/online policies is update your stuff and state that if purchased with PayPal you cant return in store(which makes no sense to me but I digress) And if it must be shipped back at least provide a prepaid label and not have someone practically beg for it. Its not even about paying for the shipping costs, its the principle of the situation where nowhere on the return policy did it state that PayPal purchases must be returned back through mail.
