Called because I saw they said transmissions/ had light on. Pulled up to have light checked, and they tried to get me to pull into garage. Asked them to just plug in reader to get code/ didn't have time for full dx. Will go back if any more issues.

I'm a bit behind on my review. I had visited this place in August due to a hole in my tire that could not withstand the plug since I had to drive 900 miles back to South Carolina the next day I have a brand new truck and I know that my tire should have been covered under the warranty because my truck was less than 9 months old. I spoke with Jim who answered the phone and who was immediately supportive and kind right from the start. I was so impressed with how understanding he was I couldn't wait to come over there and I knew they would take care of me. I Also knew my tire was a bit of a strange kind but they actually could get it. Unfortunately, it took hours to get the tire warranty company to come through with any answers for coverage, Jim was so patient and understanding with the whole process that I was just amazed because most people would give up and be nasty about the whole thing. Needless to say that warranty company gave me the shaft and Jim was so understanding about the price of my tire that he gave me a fantastic deal and the warranty that goes with my tire. Put it on and got me on my way, I will always use this company and when I do need tires for my truck I will order all 4 of them directly from Jim, in Olean and have them shipped to me here in Hilton head South Carolina!! Best customer service I've ever had and Jim and his crew were all amazing even gave my dog treats the whole time we were there. Thank you again!! Sherry
