Awesome plumbing service - one of the few who call you back or show up to give a quote for work. We've lost count of the number of companies who 'ghosted' us after promising to show up at a certain date and time, or never returning phone calls or emails. They're a local business with prices WAY below that of big chain plumbing and heating providers. One of the big plumbing businesses with multiple locations quoted us four times what Gattuso did. It also took multiple calls and emails to get someone to even call us back, and then twice they scheduled a visit and no one showed up. No thank you. I don't want to hire a company that can't be bothered with basic customer service. The quality of work and the attitude of the team members Gattuso sends out to the jobs are also leagues better than the big guys. It's nice to see there are still service people who are friendly, do great work, don't inflate the prices to see just how much you're willing to pay, and are willing to answer your questions. Gattuso (soon to be Straight Up Plumbing) treats their customers like people, not wallets they can plunder. Cole did a fantastic job replacing all the old hardware in one of our bathrooms. Showed up on time, ready to work, and even cleaned up after he was done - something many providers don't/won't do anymore. Amy (in the office) is on top of customer scheduling and communication. Calls and emails are returned quickly by a real person instead of a janky automated system. This is the second time we've used this business, and we plan to use them again for more plumbing improvements around the house.
