        Found the CPO m440 x drive cabriolet specked out just as I wanted. BMW of Hudson Valley was 2 plus hours from my home on Long Island. Fortunately I was working with Sebastian Bravo and was able to smoothly negotiate a deal that included a trade in and Financing through BMW. Everything went seamlessly well! Now enjoying cruising Top down listening to Sinatra! Good to be back in a BMW convertible. Thank You Sebastian and BMW OF HUDSON VALLEY!

        On March 13th I spotted a car on Autotrader for a used Acura SUV. It was at this dealership. I reached out via the website and was contacted by Joo Cartageno the next day. We spoke briefly and thats when he advised that the car had not gone through the safety inspection, but he would let me know what comes of it. He proceeded to send me approximately 10 photos of the car before it was cleaned and inspected. The next day he advised of the findings and sent 10 or so more pictures after it was prepped and placed on the lot. We discussed pricing and other things and the deal was made. I received the car yesterday (3/29). Why so long you may ask, its because I live in Michigan and the car was in New York. I cant express enough my appreciation of Joo and his efforts to make me comfortable during this transaction. People go to certain manufacturers (BMW/ Mercedes/ Audi) expecting a level of quality and customer servicing equal to the funds being paid for the merchandise. But I purchased a used Acura from a BMW dealer and was treated as those I was pursuing a 2024 X5. Joo Cartagenos attention to detail his responsiveness and his thoroughness made the deal hands down. Buying a vehicle sight unseen is always a risky situation but with Joo it felt easy. He even offered a resource (and quote) for shipping the car. This was an extra long review but I wanted to make it clear that the person you should contact at BMW of Hudson Valley is Joo Cartageno if you want a satisfying experience. Ps shout out to Laci Harkins for the financials (paperwork). She too was very responsive and communicative. 6 Star review if it was possible
