Fantastic Carpet Cleaning NYC

I found this company on google and they had good reviews. So I decided to try them out and prayed for the best. I had two area rugs one of them was Snow White and had very little foot traffic.when the technicians came they were informative and detailed on what to expect. When I got the rugs back I was amazed by the results, they looked like new. Glad I found you guys. The reason for the 4 stares is when I submitted a quote on your website I got no reply. I will definitely use Fantastic Carpet again but I wii call for a quote and scheduling.

I gave this company one 8x10 area rug and 2 hallway runner rugs. Our dog was 19 years old and was having accidents throughout our home. When I got the rugs back - 2 out of the 3 rugs hadn't been cleaned - only the large rug had. As I was being painted - I didn't open the rugs to keep them safe and waited till the painters were finished and the house cleaned before opening them. Was shocked to see the filthy runners hadn't been touched and called them immediately. I was first told I had gone beyond the 30 day inspection process and there was nothing they could do for me. I persisted and they finally sent two men to my home who accused me of putting the rugs back down and getting them dirty again. What can one say except be smarter than we were. These people have no scruples!

They were professional, honest and courteous. I had my love seat and mattress cleaned. It was good. I wanted the stains removed from the mattress but the price would be twice as expensive. The worker informed me that there is a 75% percent of the stains would be removed. I appreciated his honesty. Services: Upholstery cleaning, Mattress cleaning
