        Our neighbors recommending this store for purchasing a great mattress and they were right! We love how well we were informed and treated by a rep named Jackie. I understand why the sleep number is such an important thing to a person's healthy sleep. Definitely recommend this store.

        If I could leave 0 stars I would! We purchased a bed after hours in the store and reassurance that it was 100% refundable if you are not happy. Well, they lied. I am trying to return the bed and they said that the bases are not refundable and are over $4000! I put a call into the executive team and will certainly change the review if they can accommodate but we are extremely dissatisfied with the fact that we were lied to and then told well you signed an agreement stating that they were not refundable. I guess you can't trust anyone and honesty isn't important to this company. RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

        Went into the riverhead location with all intentions of walking out with a new mattress set up. About 1 min into talking to the sales person I wanted to leave. Not a good vibe at all. Without going into details I would say she hated her job. Going to try the other location next week.

      We understand that our customers are told a lot of information the day of purchase, and also can be overwhelmed in the excitement. Since we're not always able to confirm the information you were provided, we provide copies of our policies in store, on our website, and there also made available to you in the paperwork we ask you review and sign off at the time of purchase. By providing this information in multiple locations, we find it gives our owners many forms to review it. It's available anytime online as well, so our customers have the chance to review our policies again in case they signed confirming they read and understood the terms and conditions but did not read the agreement. This way, our customers can review the terms on their own time before delivery and have the opportunity to cancel before the bed is delivered if there is anything they feel uncomfortable with.
