Needed flowers flowers for my wife on my 34th wedding anniversary so I called Art Flower Shop and told them I wanted an arrangement with carnations and they put together a stunning arrangement. Keith and Debbie did the flowers on our wedding day 34 years ago and I have been going back ever since.

Bad business! I specified in my order exactly what I needed before ordering . After repeating the specifics they assured me my order will be exactly what I asked for . It was not they lied telling me I never specified water tubes and they dont do anything anyway . What lies!!!!! I specified what flowers I wanted and explained it was for a graduation so they were going to be out for a while . They gave me old flowers without water tubes as I specified . I have since learned that old flowers is very common for this shop. They look fresh in refrigeration but once they become room temperature they start showing how old they are very quickly . The flowers didnt last through the graduation which was indoors . Their flowers are old I specified buds . I also asked for a refund and all I got was lies and excuses. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation so I had to escalate it because I felt scammed . Old flowers die quickly. They are at the end of their lives when they are fully bloomed . Refrigerated flowers that were old sitting there forever waiting to be purchased. Go elsewhere to somewhere honest .
