The people working at this pharmacy are psychopaths. The manager should be fired. They should be ashamed of themselves that they call themselves healthcare professionals. Please avoid going here.

I get my healthcare from telehealth services, and have been for the past couple years or so due to the convenience of not having to visit a doctor's office, especially so because I do not own a car. If you use any of these services you'll know that the company is headquartered in a single state even though the doctors are licensed in multiple states. I tried getting a prescription filled at around noon on Saturday (11/13/21) and I was told they need to "verify" my prescription as it came from California, not NYS. I filled 3 previous prescriptions from the same doctor at this pharmacy over the past 2 months and asked them why they suddenly needed to "verify" my prescription when they haven't needed to do that the previous 3 times and didn't get a proper response. In addition, the pharmacist told me I'd have to get a local doctor or I'd keep experiencing these problems, despite this being the ONLY time and pharmacy I ever experienced something like this in a few years of utilizing telehealth services. Completely tone-deaf and highly condescending response, asking me to switch doctors without any consideration to the time and effort it takes to find a good doctor and establish a relationship with them. Price Chopper does not care about patient needs and I will soon be switching to a different pharmacy.
