Deer Mountain Inn

Beautiful hidden gem in the the woods of the Catskills. Food was good but not great and pretty pricey for small side dishes and appetizers. Dishes are nicely plated in beautiful stoneware ceramics. The vibes are what you expect from a cozy chalet in the mountains beautiful rooms bars and fireplaces.

We didn't stay at the hotel, we ate at the restaurant. Food & drinks: Excellent food and beautiful location. Service was great too. Fantastic experience.

We came up for the weekend and had a perfect stay mostly eating at the restaurant and sitting by the fire. The staff do an excellent job of welcoming guests, providing area recommendations and creating an overall old school b&b experience in a beautiful setting.

Excellent wine list, a very cozy interior, good food, and service that honestly competes with some of the best restaurants in the world. If youre lucky enough to have Liam as youre server, you wont be disappointed. He has perfect timing, excellent drink recommendations( very knowledgeable), and was lovely to chat with. Dont sleep on this somewhat hidden spot! Havent stayed here, but the hotel looks adorable as well ;)
