My husband and I decided to replace our original concrete basement tub after meeting with Shane Foster of Frank's Mr. Plumber twice; the thorough explanations and free estimate provided were very much appreciated. Subsequently, Shane and his assistant completed the contracted project in a professional and a highly efficient manner, meeting all our expectations from start to finish. Shane's years of experience, courteousness and integrity are qualities that make him an asset to us customers, as well as to Frank's Mr. Plumber - thank you very much! I have to say this company made my day. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get someone to call me back on a Sunday (after trying multiple companies with no luck). Everyone I spoke with were very upfront and honest about costs and expectations with emergency repairs. Kevin L. was able to come out the next day with no additional emergency visit charge and was a phenomenal technician to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped us through our sewer issue. It is such a nice reprieve to work with a company like Franks. I wish you could bottle that customer service and sell it to everyone else. Keep up the great work!

Josh Butry came out to clean/snake my grandfather's shower drain. He was courteous and respectful and did a great job... my grandfather was very pleased with the results and would call Josh again for future issues.

We recently had a need to replace our Hot Water Heater. Shane was great! He was friendly, helpful, informative and got the job done quickly. He even treated our dog with kindness and stopped to pet her when he came into the house! Would definitely recommend!

"Bryan Randall" from Franks Mr. Plumber arrived at my home and gave our family top tier service! He was very professional, very punctual, very educated, very kind and very clean with his work!! We experienced a crack in our plumbing inside the wall and you guys came through, assessed the damage and assured me it would be an easy fix... and it was!!
