        Went in for an issue and the gentleman had no answers for me but basically there was nothing he could do and refused to give me the district managers number

        Just called the store to figure out an upgrade with my phone to a newer one. I was obviously a problem for the woman that answered because it seemed she really did not want to help. She told me twice it is easier to use the website then hung up. All around not a good experience with this store.
