Staff are accommodating and well informed on the entire Aveda product line. Therefore, be comforted that you will walk out with the best possible product for you. However, if you are not satisfied there is a return policy, which is honored with ease. I suggest that buyer take advantage of samples to experience the product prior to purchasing it. I was particularly overjoyed to discover that Aveda now has products the are botanical free for those like me who are ovrerly allergic to such products. Aveda now offers non synthetic products for sensitive skin and hair. The products are mild and can be used daily without adverse reactions or effects. The price point is pricey. However, the products are worth it.

We shopped here while on vacation in Charlotte and had the great joy of being helped by Juliet. The store was clean, well-stocked and laid out nicely. Great customer service has been dwindling for years and is all but non-existent in our post-covid society, in my opinion. Juliet was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was eager to assist and offer supplemental items but not pushy. Juliet showed exemplary customer service skills and really turned the shopping experience into a fun and relaxing venture. She is definitely an asset to your team and an employee I would grasp on tightly to.

The BEST customer service from Evelyn that we have truly received anywhere. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and I am so happy with the ones we chose! I cant wait to come back and shop more. Thank you for your kindness and detailed customer service.
