        They sold a cart that had so any issues ad then refused to honor the warranty within a reasonable time. Terrible service and business practices

        I hate to give this review a two, but in all honesty that is what it deserves due to the customer service experience that I have been through. I ordered my black maverick evolution on April 1 and was told it will be here in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later no sign of my cart with me calling on a regular basis. Finally I spoke to someone and swapped it out for a gray cart. This was supposed to be rushed and delivered the next day. No sign of that. Again kept calling , texting and leaving messages. I finally got it delivered and the guy who delivered it had no clue about set up and operations. Just the delivery guy I am missing keys to lock compartments. All the guys were great when I visited the location to buy however no one will answer the phone. Worst follow up and CS I have experienced. Beyond frustrating experience encountered

        Dylan and Colton are top notch, great service, knowledgable, respectful. Love the golf cart they sold me at the rod run in pigeon forge. Thanks again guys!
