Good Morning Mr. SchwarzMy name is Austin, and I am the front office manager. I have reviewed your upcoming reservations, and it does seem that 4 out of 5 of them are booked under the advanced purchase rates. The advance purchase rates have great discounts off of the regular booking rate, but they do require a deposit at the time of booking. Those rates also do not allow any changes or cancellations to be made. As you are a valued IHG One Rewards Silver member, you are offered an IHG member discount, and it does not require a deposit. I recommend booking the member discounted rate. It does have a higher base price, but it does not require a deposit, and you are able to make changes and cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Both discounts are not unique to our property, as they are from IHG, and all IHG branded properties will offer them. I'm happy to help you with the steps to book a IHG One Rewards Member discount instead of the advanced purchase rate, but please keep in mind that the member discounts offered won't be as great as the advanced purchase rate. When selecting your booking option, select the right side option, opposed to the left side. I will also send over an attachment that indicates this.
