Bennett was exceptional while getting me squared away during the move-in process. Even while my technology was failing me- he was patient and provided great customer service 10/10 recommend.

Seems like the fire alarm goes off here once a week. And it's LOUD. Also our car was broken into a few weeks ago. No windows broken thankfully. Can hear sirens go by often, and hear the light rail train horn. Also the power doesnt seem very stable. When it rains with a little wind, the power will flicker, and occasionally the power has gone out. Internet has also went out a few times for several hours. I assume these issues are due to all the nearby construction. They are doing a great job at addressing issues. The parking security guy is always patrolling, and the property is kept very clean. Pros: This place is pretty, has GREAT amenities, and the staff are very kind. Also its awesome being able to walk next door to several good restaurants.

It's been two years since my initial review personally when the property was managed under Greystar. However, now as someone who works with MAA LOSO in engagement with it's amazing community as both a resident and content creator, if I could rate this residential complex higher, I would. The MAA LOSO team consisting of Meghan, Curtis, Ben, and Michelle is wonderful, caring, and excellent at what they do. The amenities are top notch for the area and the floor plans are robust and well priced. Everything here is of a high quality nature and there is a prominent sense of community culture among the residents and staff here.

LONG STORY SHORT, MAA DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR SAFETY, OR YOUR PROPERTY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. IN THE LAST WEEK MY CAR WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE STOLEN BUT SOMEONE NOTICED AND STOPPED THEM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING IT BUT THEY STILL GOT AWAY! IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE AND WANT YOUR PROPERTY SAFE, DONT COME HERE! My car has been broken into 3 times in the last 5 months. I parked in different parts of the garage and still my car has had its windows smashed open, glass everywhere. MANAGEMENT IS DOING NOTHING TO HELP PAY FOR DAMAGES! IVE SPENT OVER $2,000 ON MY CAR TO JUST FIX IT UP AND MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE!! THEY SAY ITS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP OUR CARS SAFE! MANY CARS ARE BEING STOLEN OR BROKEN INTO! I know at least 20 people whove had their car stolen or windows broken into! Only management knows how many total but they wont tell us, of course. MAALOSO commented on my review and said to contact management. I did and they wont help. Dont think because they commented on my review, that they actually want to help. *UPDATE* talked to the MAA Regional property Manager and she was no help. After I showed her the receipts for the cost of fixing my car and having to park it somewhere else($3,000) she said that MAA is going to look for ways to help the cost. 2 weeks later, she offered a renewal for another 12months with MAA but she only gave $50 off a month. Once I said we arent staying here, she said she cant give us any compensation for the extra cost I had to spend for my car. I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT! More cars got hit and stolen.
