Penn Station East Coast Subs

I ordered my food around 7:30. I got an estimate on the time via email via google. Time estimated to be 8:19 pm. I go in right before. I was greeted and then a nice young lady asked me for the name on the order. She advised it wasnt ready. They seemed to be short staffed and there were a few other customers were dining in. Wasnt in a rush so I sat there for 10 mins. Still not done. I went across the way to Harris teeter to get gas and come back. By the time I get gas maybe 30 mins later the store was empty and I was able to get the food. Both sandwiches were veggie sandwichs one with mushroom the other was night. I get all the way home and begin to eat as I unwrapped my sandwich the first thing i notice are mushrooms. I am ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS. I had to call the store let them know my order was completely wrong. I drove all the way and I to the store her a replacement and it was still wrong I asked for green peppers and for red peppers. Everything was supposed to be fresh not grilled. Really disappointed in this experience and I like Penn Station a lot. Not so sure now.

I hadnt been familiar with Penn Station for a great deal of time, simply had just heard it in conversations from others and seen people walking around with the cup of fries, but once I tried it, I never once had a reason to wanna give a bad opinion on it. Great service, great food, preciate all the work and thank u for your service! Reminds me of the best Philly steaks and subs from upnorth !
