Food is good, but service is lacking. Ok spot to stop in and eat.

If you use the drive thru make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes early because every time I come here even when there is no one in line there is always a long wait time. As much as I like the food (when I can actually receive it) I can never stop here before work because it takes too long

I previously worked for Panera. Hanes + Cloverdale were the better ones. Clemmons has horrible management since they promoted the new director, poor training, and a toxic atmosphere. Theres no consistency in the way food is made or delivered. The crew is uninterested in serving the guests and the place is the dirtiest of the Paneras.
The team members who actually care about working hard and having a positive attitude are overlooked and if they wish to transfer or desire to work at another Panera, Clemmons management will ban/block their attempt and proceed to tell them if they quit, they can never apply againhappened to me over the store phone. (Very professional, Tory).
Its sad when guests outside of Clemmons (whenever I mention this location) how bad it is and how they will not return).
The reason Im leaving this review is because Im so disappointed at the potential of this store and how they treat their team and guests.
