We had a new HVAC system just installed by Fulford and we were extremely pleased all the way from the quote, installation , and HVAC testing and clean up . After getting multiple estimates Jeff offered us the best quality HVAC system ( American Standard) and fair price so we went with them and we’re not sorry . Jeff also took the time to ensure current ducting was adequate , as we needed some adjustments there as well since I wanted to go to a 2 stage system which turned out a good way to go . All were very professional and trained staff and it showed for sure all the way thru the process . Nate, Mike and Matt were installers, and were very careful thru the removal of the old unit and new install process , as well as the post clean up ! Will was the service tech and he did an amazing job fine tuning and final adjustments after the install .Will also took a lot of time educating my wife and I myself for proper use of the system so we can ensure a long system life . Jeff in sales was very responsive and helpful when mulling over my options for a new HVAC system and the install went smoothly. I needed a little support for the system a few months later and Justin was here less than 24hrs after I discovered the issue (on a Sunday no less..) and got us squared away. Can’t say enough about Justin and the guys at Fulford, they replaced my unit over a year ago and the whole process went great. Great price, professional, and my light bill is waaay down. Thanks again!
