Beltway Park at Winston

I have enjoyed living at Beltway Park. The work force here is awesome and I look forward to interacting with them every chance I get. They keep the place clean and any time I had a concern they addressed it right away.I am very thankful for that. Just a wonderful place to live.

This is a really great place to live. I am so comfortable that the time passes so quickly without me realizing it. The apartment complex is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The apartment is comfy and convenient and the layout of my apartment is very nice. The neighbors are considerate and respectful. A brand new community swimming pool was put in this yearGreat during the Summer heat! The neighborhood offers easy access and close proximity to lots of eateries and shopping. Ive found that Beltway Park at Winston is much more affordable in comparison to anywhere else I have lived. The maintenance staff is always friendly and prompt with serviceTHANK YOU RICK!!! The office staff is professional and helpful.THANK YOU DAINESE for constantly trying new things to make our apartment community life a bit easier and better!

I moved there in feb 2015 with a sec 8 voucher, apartment 104 d. The apartment had been "upgraded" ( over counter microwave). It seemed ok at first, the carpet had not been replaced after previous tenants moved it was pretty well worn, there is a dumpster sitting at the rear corner of this apartment very close to the bedroom window and a Window Air conditioner. My neighbors were noisy playing loud music at in early morning hours, yelling , making threats to people, complaining to management or asking the dumpster be moved had no positive outcome. Every year at lease renewal time they increase the rent more than SSID increase and try to force tenants to use a app to pay the rent on the 1st even though SSID is received on the 3rd of the month. They are completely unconcerned with health issues concerning the dumpster even during the covid pandemic. It is not a place i would recommend to anyone.

I have been living here a couple of years and no problem but they recently increased my rent buy $150 and in these hard times they said theyre going up with the market value, thats GREED!
