Ardmore Terrace & Cloverdale Apartments

My experience here has been amazing since day one. My son and I moved in february second of twenty twenty four. When we moved in my refrigerator seemed to be not working. So I called that after our emergency line. I have to speak with the operator and give him her the information. I was contacted by the maintenance person within thirty seconds. I barely was able to hang up the telephone. The refrigerator was not broken. I just had to turn the dial up. Everyone has been so nice to my son and I. We feel like family.

Nice place. The rent office however doesn't do anything about noise complaints! My mother and I have to be awakened every single morning by our neighbors kids stomping. We have constantly reported how noisy yhey are and the rent office does absolutely nothing!

Management just held a third meal event of the year. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders. I live on a quiet street in the complex. Walking distance to stores at Cloverdale Plaza, and Miller Park.

Worst experience of my life. This place is filled with roaches, rodents and all kinds of insects. Also the management is highly insensitive and always looking to put blame on the tenants. Despite many complaints nothing was done to get rid of the insects and rodents and we were basically left to deal with it on our own. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

These apartments are life with the roll out windows, high ceilings , plenty of big ol trees in our historic neighborhood. The location is life, no vehicle needed. Close to fast food, grocery stores, bars , gyms etc. All that aside the staff here is on it. From office personnel to maintenance. The staff is chill, easy communication and plenty of FOOD! Yep, Brooke makes sure we are up to date on Pancake, Neighbor, Coffee Cake and taco days, just everyday day love. Jon is our plant and animal whisperer/ site manager. Hie green thumb is prominent in our lounge area. Then we have Ron over our maintenance and if its broken this man can repair anything. We also have our mascot Lincoln who is welcoming with his bubble blowing skills. All I'm saying is my apartments are AHHHHMAZING!!
