Used them twice and was advised on both cases that they could get them resolved. One ended in mediation which was $400 hr and nothing was resolved. Other case took our 5k retainer fee and stopped communicating. We called emailed and went there in person but were never acknowledged. They would say they would get back to us but never did. Stay away they will take any case with your retainer fee but fail to follow through.

I have been using Stafford and Shari for all of my real estate transactions in North Carolina and have never had any issues. Their were awesome when Todd was still there. Been dealing with them for a year on a accident with my husband and there hasn't even been a offer to settle ??

I used Todd for many cases my husband was in a wreck 10-2019 and we don't hear from them for months then we get a hold of them N get a run around I promise I wouldn't recommend them ever again.
