No need to look any further. This is the Best catering company around with the most amazing team and food!!!!! We had Holly Tate cater our daughters wedding January 2024. From beginning to end they were exceptional. I had no idea where to begin and John was so nice and helpful, he made recommendations based off the different things we were looking to do. This made for such a smooth process. Heather worked with us on the different menu items we were looking at and she was so sweet and patient with us. The options are endless! When we met for our tasting, we met with Heather and Chef Ben. The setting was so comfortable, and we really enjoyed getting to know both Heather and Chef Ben, they are such wonderful people who love what they do, and it shows. They had prepared everything as it would be at the wedding and served accordingly. They were so attentive to the comments that were made during the tasting making notes such as when the groom did not care for the tomatoes and passed to the bride Heather made the note no tomatoes for the groom extra for the bride, they did not miss a beat as we ate and made comments. The food was phenomenal!!!! We discussed with them that we had guests with food allergies and Chef Ben and Heather again taking all the notes made sure they knew who those guests were and that there could be no cross contamination of the food. Day of the wedding Heather, Chef Ben and the staff were amazing so attentive made sure to advise our guests with food allergies there would be no cross contamination everything would be provided by the staff only. Chef Ben made sure to provide what was needed for those individuals. Everyone raved about the food and how attentive the staff were. We had one guest in particular who works with catering companies and quoted this is top level catering they are the example of what a catering company should be. They are one of the best that she has experienced!! We are still getting comments on how amazing the food was and how wonderful the staff was. They went over and beyond outside their scope of work when they were able to pick up the wedding cake for us that we could not get. Heather is the BEST!!! That was so extremely over the top!!!! We cannot thank them enough. Every bit of that cake got eaten. Thank you so much for everything you all did to help make that day spectacular!!!!

Holly Tate was an absolute dream for my wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, whenever I had a question I received quick responses, Heather and Ben made tasting a wonderful experience and the day of the wedding their staff made sure that our guests were taken care of and that we were happy. Not to mention 3 months later I still get told that the food at my wedding was perfect (impressing my step father who owned his own catering business for 30+years). Easily one of the best vendors I booked.

We chose Holly Tate Catering for my daughter's wedding on a farm about an hour's drive out of Winston Salem. There was no infrastructure at all, since the event took place in a working barn that we had to turn into a wedding venue. When I first spoke with John Tate, this did not seem to be a problem at all. Planning menus and discussing details were delightfully easy; they deeply listened, and would make suggestion to deal with whatever special requirements or special ideas there were. We rented a tent; they brought everything else needed. The food was incredible. I dont know what their chef did to the beef and the chicken, but it was divine. The vegetables were delicious as was everything else. In fact, a number of people commented on the fact that it was the best wedding food they had had. Healthy, perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. Secondly, the staff were so accommodating and concerned to meet the guests wishes with a smile and a flourish; what great service! This included hurriedly resetting the reception when it started to rain right after the ceremony. Their commitment to making this evening truly wonderful eased any nervous worries I might have had. Thanks for the great problem-solving, willingness to do what it takes, great supervision, all with an infectious smile. I could not recommend this company more.

The contributions of Holly, John, and the incredible team at Holly Tate Fine Catering were invaluable to the Childrens Law Center of Central NC in our creation of a welcoming and enjoyable outdoor dining experience for our Speak Up for Children 2022 fundraising event in October. The service was flawless from tasting, to planning the outdoor set up and helping with rental decisions in the event of rain (it didnt, thank goodness!), to wine and hors doeuvres being passed as guests arrived, and delicious, beautiful, and plentiful dinner stations with gracious service. Thank you to the HTFC family for helping us make this a memorable hospitality experience for all and a successful event for the CLC!
