On April 1st, I ordered two happy birthday balloons & a flower arrangement for my daughter's birthday. The flowers were beautiful, but the balloons did not get delivered. If the balloons were $1 each like at Dollar Tree, I might not have cared as much. However, I paid $6.99 per balloon. I reached out to them the same day regarding the mistake, The lady said they would deliver them the following day and add a box of chocolate. I accepted and appreciated her efforts until my daughter came home with one Ballon! I guess I just tipped them $6.99. Needless to say, I will not be using their delivery services again. Update: 4/5/24 I recently had an issue with item's I purchased not being delivered. I just had to update my review because I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service and dedication to making things right. Despite the initial hiccup, their prompt response and genuine effort to resolve the issue exceeded my expectations. I appreciate companies like Bo-Ty Walker that prioritize customer satisfaction and demonstrate accountability. Highly recommended!
