They make it impossible to cancel your membership. I tried canceling over 4 months ago. Even told corporate to cancel. They are still trying to billing me.. Edit: I have ZERO voicemails from this place. Owner wouldnt let me talk and we were yelling over each other. Manipulated his notes from initial attempt at cancellation.

Moved out of state a year ago. They refuse to cancel my membership despite the owners telling me over the phone they have cancelled my membership 3 times now. Once with previous owner and now twice with the current owners. Dont sign up here unless you want to have to report fraudulent charges, cancel your payment method card, and potentially have to sue this sham of a business if they continue to harass me by not allowing me to cancel my membership. Terrible experience, go somewhere else instead and save yourself from this headache Edit for response- I did meet in person to cancel my membership before I left. Was told to my face that it was. Continued to get billed months later, was told by current owners that it is cancelled over phone at that point. Almost a year later I am still being charged. I will believe that you cancelled my membership when you send me any kind of proof that you have done so. I have zero reasons to trust your google review response. Why wont you pick up the phone when I call you anymore when you picked up the first time I called you today?
