If you want to feel what its like to grab thunder then this is the gym for you. My wife and I were looking for a Crossfit. Not only did we find a new gym, but a fun new family with good coaches Who actually teach and correct your form. Fosters a very good family environment and pushes you to your limits. Would highly recommend!

WPCF at first sounded like the stereotypical CrossFit box. However, what I found was a gym that did both CrossFit AND Olympic Weightlifting. WPCF has been and will continue to be for me the premier location to train Olympic lifts in WSNC. They have a a variety of 28mm Rogue and WH Barbells, Rogue Kg and Change plates, competition collars, jerk stand, etc they got it all. The focus on both CrossFit AND Weightlifting from the staff doesnt go unnoticed. The movement and mechanics from the most average person here at Washington Park CrossFit is leagues beyond in quality what you would find at most other CrossFit gyms. It really speaks on the individual attention and focus you are given. On top of that the members and staff have been some of the most welcoming folks Ive meet since i moved back to Winston.

Washington Park CrossFit is the best gym around. The community is so encouraging, everyone wants to see you crush your goals. The coaches are amazing and push you to be your best version of yourself. Regardless of your fitness level, this place is perfect for any goals you have!
