        Today we became YMCA Members at the Kernersville YMCA They were professional, customer service amazing, not rude, and they do alot for and with kids unlike the Winston Lake YMCA they were rude, they had horrible customer service, refused to give us a tour of the establishment my family and I never plan on going to this location again it's the worst one. If this was the first YMCA I ever went to I would not be a YMCA Member

        Absolutely depressing. Doors off the hinges. One room for all of cardio, training and machines. This location needs an overhaul in literally everything. Made me sad to be in here. The location is dirty and falling apart. The Racquetball rooms are full of boxes. Nobody who is serious about their health journey should use this YMCA.

        Place is never open and two days a week it's a clinic for underprivilege.  Why the gym can't be open during this time is beyond me but the idea of purchasing a membership with the ymca was the gym not medical services  smh time to move to planet for me!!!

        Hours of operation are not convenient for anyone that works and would like to have gym time on weekdays and Sunday, please make them more convenient
