I recently had my second round of Skin Vive because I loved the results from my first treatment. My skin is always dehydrated. An added benefit is my makeup was much easier to apply. Steph B.

I had a fantastic experience at Restoration MedSpa. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they really took the time to understand my goals and recommend the perfect treatment. I had been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for a long time but never had the courage to get them done - I was nervous about them not looking good but then being a permanent fixture on my face and regretting the decision. I took great care in picking a place that seemed trustworthy but not overpriced to get my brows done and settled on Restoration MedSpa. I went in for a consultation at first and was IMMEDIATELY put at ease. First of all, the front desk staff was lovely and very warm. Then, I met with Faith, one of the permanent make-up technicians, for about a 30 minute consultation. They gave me a step-by-step explanation of the process, including what would go best with what I wanted (I wanted my brows filled in but to still look natural). I was extremely nervous going into the consultation that I would look like an angry bird but all my fears were assuaged by Faith who was absolutely amazing. They also broke down the pricing for me and were extremely thoughtful and honest about everything - what would look good for the look I wanted, etc. I thought the pricing was very reasonable especially compared to other places I looked at and compared to my friends who have gotten theirs done. Overall, I was very very excited. A few weeks later I went ahead and got my eyebrows done and immediately LOVED them. Faith was thoughtful about which color to choose on me (I have dark brows, but was concerned black would be too dark - and they mixed the colors to perfectly match my natural tones). The whole process was extremely simple and pleasant. We chatted about our backgrounds, our jobs, our families, and I really enjoyed the whole experience! We made sure my eyebrows were nice and numb prior to starting, and it really was minimal pain. Faith played music for me the whole time too. Faith gave me great after-care instructions, an eyebrow cream to keep them moisturized, as well as instructions on what to expect (when I would see the natural skin peeling as the skin healed, etc.). Below you can see before I had my eye brows professionally done (first picture - this was me trying to do them on my own daily and they are just not great, they don't match, they frequently got smudged, etc.). The second picture was immediately after the consultation (an excited selfie I took while in the parking lot), and the third picture is a few weeks after. I still have to go get my touch up but I've already gotten so many compliments. I love that they still look natural but filled in and it eliminates extra steps in the mornings - and now I usually go around with zero make up which is such a confidence booster. I would highly recommend Restoration MedSpa and Faith in particular to anyone looking to get their brows done. Thank you so much!!

I went to this med spa, because I thought it had good reviews. A Forsyth County police officer recommended I leave this review. The staff were super nice at the beginning. My mum was treating me to lip injections, because I've had a very hard year so far. They couldn't take her payment. To make a long story short, they would NOT let me leave until the entire payment was made. I offered everything I had in my bank account, but they would not let me leave. I had to call the police to tell them to let me leave. I paid the bill and will never go to them. They mocked me and made fun of me while I was sitting there. I was in tears.
