Green wireless

Bought a iphone xr from Green wireless about six months ago and when I made a call, I cant put the person on speaker so when I went to the store to see if they could swap my phone out or get fixed they lied to me and said they have to order it on the UPS truck waited another Two months for them to give me a call to let me know and never did they keep giving me the runaround

He fixed my phone and tablets the same day also gave me a free screen protector. I highly recommend 10/10 amazing quality service !!!

They work only on iPhones. So if you have an Android and need it to be repaired it's kinda of tough u may have a long week wait for parts and labor when it comes to Android repairs at this location or it's subsidiaries.

Drove 20 mins out of my way bc I THOUGHT it would be worth it..ha..I was bringing in a 3 week old pair of AirPods 3rd Generation and an Apple Watch SE that doesnt have a scratch on it..keep in mind the sign on the building says Buy and Sell New&Used, the guys proceeds to tell me oh no I cant take these they have to be new my customers are picky. Lol. Yeah I bet, had about ten phones in his inventory and at least half were used. Im SURE people come in that tiny, empty place to buy their brand new Apple products when Best Buy and countless mobile phone companies are within miles of it. Dont waste your time youre better off going to a flea market than Green Wireless. I suggest you change your sign
