Scam artist. Cant even show up on time for his own appointments. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately from the first session, JR was late. It was chronic, up to 44 min late. I didnt find out he had a health issue until weeks later. Had I known I wouldnt have prepaid for non-refundable sessions. My time nor schedule was respected. Were it not for his health conditions, I would have continued. Know that when he says he will be 15 min late, plan for 30 min and maybe even longer. I realize he cannot help his health issues, but he shouldnt go into a contract with a client knowing he always will not be able to respect a clients time.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT train with JR. He runs great specials, such as the 16- 1 hour sessions for $100. Sounds great and too good to be true. Which it is. Signed on for this package and explained to Jr that I had a busy schedule (this was to ensure that there was no stipulations on how soon I needed to be done with the 16 sessions. Nothing was said, no carbon copy paperwork was given to me after I signed on the dotted line (my fault). In the end I got screwed after having only being to 8 sessions over the span of 3 weeks. Im a student and work 60 hours a weeks, according to JR when he rudely texted me todays the last session we owe you, if you want to continue bring money, I only had 1 month to use the sessions. This would mean I had to be at workouts 4/7 days a week which was impossible for me. I wouldnt have had a problem with the stipulation had he been upfront from the beginning when I asked. This is a learning experience because not everyone who runs a business will be up front with you. JR simply wants the quick money and does not want to put in the effort and time needed to run a successful business, which is unfortunate because he would be a great trainer otherwise. He was also late to several sessions; promising to make up the time-which never happened Ofcourse. So, with all this being said, do the right thing and spend a little extra elsewhere to get true professionalism.
